A perfect take-along book
This is my son's favorite wooden book. It pictures a different vehicle on each page (car, train, tractor, truck, bike, boat, plane, and scooter). The simple pictures are colorful and captivating, yet not over-stimulating. And the wooden pages make it especially easy for my son to flip through on his own, while also offering a different tactile experience than other books. This little book always goes with us on outings, and is great for looking at in restaurants while waiting for the food to come. It doesn't take up too much space on the table, and if anything is spilled on it, the wood easily wipes clean. We love these little wooden books!

Fireplace guard
I bought this item for my sister-in-law and then later one for myself and we both feel it isn't all that great of an item. I felt it was a little pricey for what you get. The cushion doesn't stay on very well. It comes with double sided stick tape to put it on the edge of the fireplace and it comes off very easily. My 8mos old is now crawling and grabbing edges of tables etc. to pull himself up and he pulled it right off the fireplace. It has good cushion to it, but just doesn't stay in place. My sister-in-laws came up off her fireplace just like mine did and she wasn't that impressed with it. If you can find another product, I would try it first. I have seen some in magazines, they cost more, but might be worth it if they stay in place.

Best Swaddling Blanket
This is the best swaddling blanket we have found! Other blankets are just not big enough for a secure swaddle. Until we found this one, the hospital-issue blanket was the only one that would work well (and those are not the cutest design). We really needed a spare, so I ordered this one even though the price seemed a little high. It was worth every penny since its generous size works even better than the hospital blanket. I am ordering another in a different color so we have a spare in this type now. The fabric is just right; not too thin nor too heavy. If it was heavier, the baby would get too hot. The book "The Happiest Baby on the Block" was a godsend for us (which uses swaddling as part of a method to calm a fussy/collicky baby) and this blanket is exactly what we needed to implement the techniques well.

Would be a great chair, if it fit on tables!
I have yet to find a table that this chair fits on. The clamps are only 2" wide, which means the only table it will fit on cannot be more than 2" thick. Also, it won't fit on a table with trim underneath or a designed edge. We traveled with this chair and tried it on 6 different tables and it didn't fit on any of them. I'm sure it would be a great chair once you find a table it will fit on.

I gave it four stars because it had someones dirty fingerprint on the hat from packaging. I called the company and talked to a man who said I could send it back in for a new one, but I thought that was silly so I kept it.
The smudge came off.
